2-3 Month Coaching Package
2-3 months of ADHD Coaching (6 hourlong sessions)
Service Description
Meaningful change rarely happens in a single conversation. It usually unfolds through reflection, experimentation, and steady support over time. This coaching package includes six 60-minute sessions designed to help you build momentum and create lasting change. Instead of trying to solve everything at once, we work together over several weeks to better understand how your ADHD shows up in your life and develop strategies that truly fit how your brain works. Sessions are typically scheduled every one to two weeks over a two to three month period. This rhythm allows enough time between sessions to experiment with new approaches while still maintaining continuity and accountability. During our time together, we might focus on areas such as: • clarifying priorities and meaningful goals • identifying patterns that contribute to overwhelm or procrastination • building ADHD-friendly systems for planning, focus, and follow-through • experimenting with new strategies and reflecting on what works • strengthening self-trust and understanding how your brain operates Rather than forcing yourself into rigid productivity systems, coaching focuses on discovering approaches that feel sustainable and aligned with your strengths. As the weeks progress, many clients begin to notice increasing clarity, stronger follow-through, and a growing sense that progress is possible. What makes a coaching package helpful Working together over several sessions allows us to slow down and explore challenges more thoughtfully. It also creates space for experimentation, learning, and adjustment as you develop strategies that work in real life. Between sessions, clients often try new approaches, notice what helps or gets in the way, and bring those observations back into the conversation. Over time, this process helps build practical systems and a deeper understanding of how to work with your ADHD rather than constantly fighting against it.
